To meet high technological standards we have implemented a modern control system. Thanks to the advanced technology of the hybrid 3D scanner, we receive a reliable assessment and confirmation of the highest quality of finished products.

The 3D scanner is a precise measuring device, thanks to which you can carry out the control quickly and most importantly – precisely. The scanner enables comparison of the produced casting model with the CAD reference model. The quality control process is carried out by generating a color deviation map, carrying out dimension checks and detailed analysis. Based on this data, a full quality control report is prepared in the form of 3D PDF.
